A Rubix Wedding

We have some excellent planning tools which will help by doing some of the work for you. We have some great guides and advice so that you don't need to go trawling through pages and pages of internet sites; we have already done that to bring you the key points in different parts of the planning. Planning

We have our own Master of Ceremonies who will host your day and make sure everything flows just the way you want. We make sure every part of your day is on record so everyone knows what is happening and when. But don't worry, it is YOUR big day so if you want to make ad-hoc changes, we can accommodate them!

Hosting

At Rubix Events we do things a little differently to your average wedding supplier. We are here to please you and do everything we can to make your day as stress free as possible while offering a professional, unique experience for you and your guests. We have amazing entertainment to ensure you and your guests enjoy every aspect of your day. We help you plan music from guests arriving all the way through to the last song of the night, with as much or as little input from you as you wish. We have the confidence and experience to read the crowd and get the party going, and we are just as accommodating to make sure all your favourite songs are played throughout the day. If we don't currently have a song you want we can even download it on site at your wedding venue. We have some great ideas and techniques to keep your dance floor filled all night.

Photography

We provide stunning photography to capture every step of your day, making sure the key moments are documented in "Your Story". We bring together the formal pre-arranged shots, and the more candid natural moments to build up the portfolio. A range of photos are shown to your guests at the evening reception in a slideshow - a great way to show off your amazing day and the memories of that will be cherished by you, your friends and family forever. Our professional photographer will be with you throughout the day, as well as putting in the hours before your big day making sure everything is ready for you. Our typical coverage on your wedding day includes:
